Our Vision.
We want to make the built environment industry more accessible to people who may have traditionally faced barriers to entering the industry. We have a history of supporting women, those with disabilities, ex-offenders, ethnic minorities and those far from the employment market to develop a rewarding career in planning and construction.

Future Makers plays a crucial role in helping developers and architects meet their Section 106 skills and employment targets. We align their projects with the right schools, charities and training centres to maximise the positive impact on the communities that they serve.

Youth Engagement & Work Experience
With relationships in all 32 of London’s boroughs, we can make sure you are reaching the right students and individuals to make a difference.
Section 106 Monitoring and Delivery
Implementation of planning commitments, while regularly evaluating their effectiveness. These obligations play a crucial role in shaping the built environment, and we work with developers to support their bids and help deliver Employment and Skills Training Section 106 obligations.

Drafting social value and socio-economic bid submissions with responses in line with the local authority and community needs, ensuring the delivery of activities on successful bids.
